Amoksh is a system-led home-building studio focused on delivering well-engineered, thoughtfully planned homes. We commit to working in the best interest of our clients by offering clear guidance, honest recommendations, and responsible execution.

All information shared on this website is for general understanding. Final project scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables are defined only after detailed discussions, site assessment, and mutual agreement.

All designs, drawings, and technical documents prepared by Amoksh are developed with care and expertise and remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Project execution is based on standard site and soil assumptions. If special conditions arise (such as additional excavation, regulatory requirements, or structural changes), these will be communicated clearly before proceeding.
 

We aim to use primary-grade materials from trusted brands such as JSW, TATA, UltraTech, or equivalent. In rare cases of unavailability, suitable alternatives will be discussed and approved with the client.
 

Timelines are planned responsibly, keeping in mind approvals, site readiness, and external factors. Any potential delays will be communicated openly and handled in a transparent manner.

Post-handover support and warranties are provided as defined in the signed agreement.
 

We remain available for reasonable clarifications and inspections related to our scope of work.
 

Amoksh believes in long-term responsibility and professional conduct. However, normal wear and tear, misuse, or third-party alterations are not covered under support or warranty.
 

All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Amoksh reserves the right to update these terms when necessary to improve clarity and service quality.
