Refund Policy

Payments made to Amoksh are typically towards professional services such as design, planning, consultations, drawings, or project execution.

Once a service has been initiated or resources have been allocated, the payment is considered as utilised for time, expertise, and work performed.

Refunds may be considered only in cases where:
 

• No service has been started, and

• No resources or professional time have been allocated.
   

Once design work, planning, site evaluation, or technical execution has begun, refunds are generally not applicable, as these services involve intellectual and professional effort.
 

Any refund decisions, if applicable, will be evaluated fairly on a case-by-case basis.
